Terms of Service
Last updated: 5/26/2026
1. Agreement. By using Virelta (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service. Virelta generates social-media, video and longform content from transcripts you provide, using third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it.
3. Your content. You retain ownership of the transcripts you upload and the assets the Service generates from them. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process them solely to provide the Service.
4. AI output disclaimer. AI-generated text may be inaccurate, biased, or infringing. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before any public use, and for ensuring you have rights to the source material.
5. Acceptable use. No spam, harassment, defamation, infringement, malware, scraping, or attempts to bypass plan limits. We may terminate accounts that violate this.
6. Plans & billing. Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds except as required by law (or within 14 days of first charge, at our discretion).
7. Termination. Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
8. Warranty & liability. The Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 7 days before taking effect.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of TODO — your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring an action in your local courts.
11. Contact. Questions? Email hello@virelta.io. Privacy and data requests: privacy@virelta.io.
